About the Role:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead to oversee both front-end and back-end development teams. This role requires a strong understanding of full-stack development with Node.js and AWS, as well as familiarity with mobile platforms (Android\/iOS). Experience in the travel domain and AI\/ML technologies would be a strong plus.<\/p>\n

As a Technical Lead, you will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality solutions.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Lead and manage a cross-functional team of front-end and back-end developers.<\/li>\n
  2. Provide technical leadership across the full software development lifecycle.<\/li>\n
  3. Architect, design, and guide implementation for scalable web and mobile solutions.<\/li>\n
  4. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor team members.<\/li>\n
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.<\/li>\n
  6. Drive improvements in engineering processes, tools, and standards.<\/li>\n
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, especially in mobile, AI\/ML, and travel tech.<\/li>\n
  8. Oversee the integration of AI\/ML tools and components into existing systems when applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Technical Skills and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Back-end: Expertise in Node.js (Express, NestJS, or related frameworks).<\/li>\n
    2. Database: Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.<\/li>\n
    3. Cloud: Experience with cloud services (AWS) is a must.<\/li>\n
    4. Travel Tech: Prior experience working on travel domain products (booking systems, travel APIs, etc.) is highly desirable.<\/li>\n
    5. AI\/ML: Exposure to AI\/ML concepts, tools, and integration into applications is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Required Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.<\/li>\n
      2. 8-13 years of overall software development experience.<\/li>\n
      3. 2+ years leading technical teams.<\/li>\n
      4. Proven track record of delivering complex web and mobile applications.<\/li>\n
      5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        1. Experience with CI\/CD and DevOps practices.<\/li>\n
        2. Hands-on experience in microservices architecture.<\/li>\n

        4. Familiarity with travel technology standards (e.g., GDS systems, NDC APIs, OTA standards).<\/li>\n
