General Job Description<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Reporting to the Personal Lines Manager, the Personal Lines Account Executive will provide high level client services for an assigned property and casualty book of business. This assigned property and casualty book of business will encompass both new and renewal accounts of the agency mostly in a high-net-worth capacity in multiple states countrywide.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tasks\/Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Utilize the agency management system (Applied EPIC) for all servicing and processing tasks related to client requests and needs (ex: provide evidence of insurance, vehicle change, ID cards, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide accurate, thoughtful, and prompt services to all clients and related client\u2019s stakeholders within 24 hours of when the request from the client.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ability to continuously master the information of all assigned accounts and quote out to various carrier partners using the comp rater through Applied EPIC.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Continuously educate your knowledge of the property and casualty markets with the help of agency resources.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Through account proposals, provide accurate summaries of coverage, submissions and presentations using various Microsoft office products.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Provide all necessary support to Producer\u2019s\/Sales Agent\u2019s in maintaining their current book of business and prospects in the pipeline.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ability to deliver clear, concise, and consistent information to co-workers and clients via all forms of communication (phone, e-mail, fax, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of similar related work experience required handling personal insurance accounts in various industry sector\u2019s; 5 plus years preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience working with individual HNW clients that have assets in California<\/li>\n
    • Ability to provide exceptional client service to all accounts within your assigned book of business.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Current active driver\u2019s license required.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License required.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience using an agency management system (Applied TAM, Applied EPIC, AMS 360) preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Previous experience handling high net worth individuals\u2019 personal lines accounts ($20,000 premium and above) preferred.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
