You will evolve the Accelerate Office into an institutional engine, delivering ongoing Revenue Growth and EBITDA expansion while embedding structural shifts, innovation, and customer-centricity across Energy Solutions, Mobility, Retail and Industrial\/Manufacturing pillars \u2013 ensuring we endure beyond external support.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-raw-html=\"span\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-raw-html=\"span\">Lead our Accelerate Office as a permanent capability: Secure ?30-40 Cr+ recurring annual EBITDA impact through refreshed cost discipline, revenue ideation, and structural improvements (e.g., proprietary COGS optimization, renewable energy integration)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-raw-html=\"span\">Build long-term transformation sustainability: Institutionalize processes, tools, and frameworks for ongoing value creation, including capability transfer, knowledge retention, and self-reliant governance<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-raw-html=\"span\">Strengthen forensic governance: Enhance monthly SteerCo cadence, value tracking dashboards, and BU incentive linkages for sustained P&amp;L realization and impartial challenge<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-raw-html=\"span\">Align transformation to strategic roadmap: Ensure initiatives support 3-phase growth (Accelerate Core ? Build Muscle ?
