Ensures all programming activities comply with contractual, customer, and quality system requirements, including AS9100 and applicable export control regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Create, edit, and maintain CNC programs for mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines<\/p>\n<p>Interpret controlled engineering drawings, CAD models, specifications, and GD&amp;T<\/p>\n<p>Ensure CNC programs, setup sheets, and tooling documentation are revision-controlled and traceable<\/p>\n<p>Support first article inspections (AS9102) and initial production validation<\/p>\n<p>Select approved tooling and machining strategies in accordance with engineering and quality requirements<\/p>\n<p>Support production troubleshooting while maintaining process compliance<\/p>\n<p>Participate in corrective actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities<\/p>\n<p>Support internal, customer, and third-party audits as required<\/p>\n<p>Comply with company quality policies, cybersecurity requirements, and export control regulations (ITAR\/EAR)<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>High school diploma or equivalent<\/p>\n<p>[X]+ years CNC programming experience in a regulated manufacturing environment<\/p>\n<p>Proficiency in CAM software and G-code programming<\/p>\n<p>Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&amp;T<\/p>\n<p>Experience working under AS9100 or equivalent quality systems<\/p>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection requirements<\/p>\n<p>Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing<\/p>\n<p>Familiarity with ITAR\/EAR-controlled environments<\/p>\n<p>Experience machining tight-tolerance components and specialty materials<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp; Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Strong attention to detail and documentation control<\/p>\n<p>Ability to follow controlled processes and change management procedures<\/p>\n<p>Effective communication with Engineering, Quality, and Production<\/p>\n<p>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills<\/p>\n<p>Compliance Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Must comply with export control regulations and company data security policies<\/p>\n<p>U.S. Person status required where applicable<\/p>\n<p>Ability to meet background screening requirements as required by contract<\/p>\n<p>Physical Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment<\/p>\n<p>Ability to stand, walk, and provide shop-floor support<\/p>\n<p>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Hampton, Virginia, USA","_application":"hrm@cephasconsult.biz","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-5737","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-expired","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/5737","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5737"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=5737"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
