Experience:\u00a0<\/strong>Min. 5 Years in credit processing for machinery loans, Business Loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), and working capital.<\/p>\n

  1. Experience in physical PD\/Customer visit.<\/li>\n
  2. Have the sanctioning authority.<\/li>\n
  3. Must be handling ticket size above 50 lacs and above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    To evaluate, underwrite, and manage credit proposals across LAP, Machinery Loans, Business Loans (BL) and Working Capital (WC) for the MSME segment by performing detailed credit appraisal and risk assessment, ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines, partnering with sales and operations for seamless loan processing, and maintaining a high-quality portfolio with strong credit discipline and asset quality focus<\/p>\n

    Key Functions & Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Evaluate and underwrite LAP, Machinery loan, business loan and working capital loan proposals for MSME segment.<\/li>\n
    2. Conduct detailed credit analysis, financial statement review, and risk assessment.<\/li>\n
    3. Ensure adherence to credit policy and compliance guidelines.<\/li>\n
    4. Collaborate with sales and operations teams for smooth loan processing.<\/li>\n
    5. Coordinating with the team. Keeping update about market scenario in his area and giving constant updates to Head office credit team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Education & Experience Requirement<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Education:\u00a0<\/strong>Any Graduate, Post Graduate<\/p>\n

      Experience:\u00a0<\/strong>Minimum 5+ years in Business Loan \/ Machinery Loan \/ LAP underwriting (MSME segment)<\/p>\n

      Language Skills:\u00a0<\/strong>English, Hindi.<\/p>\n

      Desired Candidate Profile:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

      Technical Competencies Required:<\/p>\n

      ? Good experience in Credit underwriting<\/p>\n

      ? Good in Ratio analysis, Balance sheet analysis, P&L analysis<\/p>\n

      ? Good eye for detail<\/p>\n

      ? Good analytical Skills<\/p>\n

      ? Understanding of credit policies and procedures<\/p>\n
