20 Years<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Business Development &amp; Strategy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Develop and execute business strategy for Engine Contract Manufacturing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Identify new opportunities with engine OEMs in automotive, off-highway, genset, and industrial segments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Build long-term partnerships with domestic and international OEM customers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Lead RFQ\/RFI processes and coordinate techno-commercial proposals.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Customer &amp; OEM Engagement<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective OEM clients.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Represent the organization in customer meetings, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Understand OEM product roadmap (BS6, OBD2B, future BS7 readiness) and align internal capabilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><span data-raw-html=\"span\">Commercial &amp;
