Senior Manager \u2013 Talent Acquisition (Non-Tech Hiring) \u2013<\/p>\n

WHAT YOU WILL DO DAY-TO-DAY:In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, executing, and<\/p>\n

refining the recruitment strategies for our finance groups across our<\/p>\n

business units (Financial Research). You will manage hiring<\/p>\n

requirements end to end (which includes, but is not limited to,<\/p>\n

requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing), build<\/p>\n

collaborative relationships, and partner closely with hiring managers to<\/p>\n

ensure flawless execution and deliver a stellar candidate experience.<\/p>\n

You will also be responsible for building strategies and brainstorming<\/p>\n

to create efficient and creative solutions for the business. You will<\/p>\n

drive and enhance various recruitment programs for our global<\/p>\n

operations, as well as streamline the existing processes. Additionally,<\/p>\n

you will lead initiatives to utilize non-traditional forms of recruitment,<\/p>\n

branding, and marketing, while championing recruitment best<\/p>\n

practices within the team. You will keep abreast of external<\/p>\n

marketplace and industry trends in the Talent Acquisition space.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, you will obtain and maintain documentation and data to<\/p>\n

support operational efficiency and compliance requirements.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate should hold-<\/p>\n

Basic qualifications:<\/p>\n

? A graduate or postgraduate degree with 8 to 12 years of<\/p>\n

recruitment experience<\/p>\n

? A solid end-to-end knowledge of the recruitment process and<\/p>\n

experience recruiting for Financial Research or related business<\/p>\n

units<\/p>\n

? Excellent stakeholder management skills<\/p>\n

? A good grasp on sourcing from different platforms<\/p>\n

? The ability to perform market intelligence and competitor<\/p>\n

analysis<\/p>\n

? The capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work<\/p>\n

culture<\/p>\n

? The ability to multitask and manage multiple projects<\/p>\n

? A proven track record of proficient problem-solving,<\/p>\n

organizational, and analytical skills<\/p>\n

? Prior experience in handling a team<\/p>\n
