?Project Overview and Responsibilities?<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Design, develop, and tailor photolithography, etching, CVD, PVD, ALD, diffusion, and implant processes to improve the yield, efficiency, and performance of semiconductor devices.<\/li>\n
  • Identify root causes of process deviations, defects and yield issues and implement corrective actions in high-volume manufacturing environments<\/li>\n
  • Develop recipes for plasma etching systems that meet profile and selectivity specifications<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring accurate CD (critical dimensions) are maintained in subsequent processes<\/li>\n
  • Oversee the installation, calibration, modification and preventative maintenance of photolithography, etch, CVD, PVD, ALD, diffusion and implant equipment (steppers, scanners, transport systems, metrology tools) to ensure peak performance and stability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
