The Manager of Application Development will be responsible for the ongoing support, enhancement, and maintenance of risk and compliance applications, as well as overseeing application infrastructure, production support, and vulnerability management. The role requires expertise in system architecture and standards, ensuring data integrity, and implementing secure, scalable, and durable systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

-3 years of direct report management experience. The person must be able to manage direct reports (i.e. coaching and developing employees) while also being responsible for technical delivery.<\/span><\/p>\n

-Experience working the in the financial services industry is preferred<\/p>\n

-Experience working with Java technology stacks.<\/p>\n

-Extensive knowledge or working experience of APIs, SQL, SSIS, PL\/SQL, databases, Datamart for effective data management.<\/p>\n

-Familiarity with tools like Power BI for advanced analytics and reporting<\/p>\n

-Experience or knowledge on Governance, Risk, Compliance, AML and Fraud vendor applications is preferred.<\/p>\n

-Understanding of physical security, business continuity, and risk and compliance within the banking industry.<\/p>\n

-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to comprehend business ideas and propose innovative solutions.<\/p>\n
