Profile: Project Manager \u2013 Identity & Access Management (IAM)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking a seasoned project Manager with deep expertise in managing and delivering large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs. The ideal candidate combines strong program\/project management skills, governance expertise, and a proven track record of driving delivery excellence across global IAM initiatives.<\/p>\n

Required Qualifications & Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities –<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs across multiple clients in India and globally.<\/li>\n
  2. Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, and KPIs aligned with client objectives.<\/li>\n
  3. Manage cross-functional project teams (IAM engineers, architects, business analysts, and vendor partners).<\/li>\n
  4. Oversee delivery across IAM, IGA, Access Management domains, ensuring integration quality and compliance.<\/li>\n
  5. Maintain program governance: risk management, financial tracking, reporting, and executive updates.<\/li>\n
  6. Drive timely milestone achievement, value realization, and client invoicing.<\/li>\n
  7. Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders at CXO and operational levels.<\/li>\n
  8. Ensure adherence to best practices in project management (Agile\/Waterfall\/Hybrid models).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Required Skills –<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Technical IAM Knowledge (hands-on or oversight experience):<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. SSO\/MFA: Okta, Ping Identity<\/li>\n
    2. IGA: Saviynt, SailPoint<\/li>\n
    3. PAM: CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or equivalent<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Program\/Project Management Skills:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. 5+ years of total experience with at least 4 years managing IAM or security programs.<\/li>\n
      2. Expertise in project planning, governance, budgeting, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement.<\/li>\n
      3. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models.<\/li>\n
      4. Strong client-facing communication and executive reporting skills.<\/li>\n
      5. Prior experience in consulting firms, system integrators, or IAM service providers is highly desirable.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
