About the Company:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are a leading provider of sustainable solar energy solutions. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to manage our finance operations, ensure compliance, and provide strategic financial insights.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Prepare accurate financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements using Zoho Books.<\/li>\n
  2. Manage taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance.<\/li>\n
  3. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n
  4. Supervise and mentor the accounts team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.<\/li>\n
  5. Participate in budgeting and financial planning to support business objectives.<\/li>\n
  6. Finalize accounts and coordinate statutory audits with auditors.<\/li>\n
  7. Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for management.<\/li>\n
  8. Handle miscellaneous accounting and reporting tasks as required.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Education & Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.<\/li>\n
    2. Minimum 5 years\u00a0<\/strong>of experience in accounting, preferably in solar, manufacturing, or related sectors.<\/li>\n
    3. Mandatory:\u00a0Hands-on experience with Zoho Books.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Knowledge of similar accounting tools like Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar is a plus.<\/li>\n
    5. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
