Intec is looking to hire services of an experienced professional for its business<\/p>\n

development efforts in U.S.A. & Europe.<\/p>\n

Position offered: General Manager\/ Vice President depending upon experience &<\/p>\n

qualifications<\/p>\n

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving Intec\u2019s business growth across<\/p>\n

the United States, Canada & Europe, by identifying and securing new Business<\/p>\n

opportunities. This role requires a strong network within the AEC industry, with<\/p>\n

Architects, Engineers, Design Companies, Contractors.<\/p>\n

LOCATION: Gurugram, Haryana, India.<\/p>\n

Candidate Profile & Qualifications<\/p>\n

The prospective candidate must have:<\/p>\n

? University Degree in Engineering \/ Architecture \/ Construction\/ Project<\/p>\n

Management.<\/p>\n

Experience:<\/p>\n

? Must have at least 10 years\u2019 working experience in the Construction Industry,<\/p>\n

in consulting, Design, Engineering, Architecture.<\/p>\n

? Preference to those having experience in U.S.A & European markets.<\/p>\n

? Proven track record of driving sales growth, structuring high-value contracts,<\/p>\n

and building long-term client partnerships.<\/p>\n

? Deep understanding of construction industry, workflows, digital engineering<\/p>\n

solutions, and AEC technology trends.<\/p>\n

? Strong communication & negotiation skills to engage with senior<\/p>\n

stakeholders and C-suite executives.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

? Business Growth: Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand<\/p>\n

Intec\u2019s footprint across the USA and Canada.<\/p>\n

? Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong<\/p>\n

relationships with decision makers in general contracting, engineering design,<\/p>\n

construction projects, and infrastructure sectors.<\/p>\n

? Revenue Generation & Contract Negotiation: Drive end-to-end sales<\/p>\n

processes, leading contract discussions and achieving revenue goals.<\/p>\n

? Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry<\/p>\n

trends and develop business strategies in co-ordination with other officers of the<\/p>\n
