Job Title: Senior Design Engineer (<\/u><\/strong>AC\/DC, Civil, Structure)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Noida (Head Office-based)<\/p>\n

Experience Required:<\/strong>\u00a0Minimum 4\u20136 years of relevant design\/drafting experience<\/p>\n

Role Overview<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for leading the design and drafting activities, preparing accurate drawings and 3D models, and ensuring all designs meet project specifications and technical standards. The role includes coordination with project teams, reviewing junior designers’ work, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality design outputs.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Prepare and review accurate 2D drawings using AutoCAD as per project requirements<\/li>\n
  2. Develop, review, and modify 3D models and detailed views using SketchUp<\/li>\n
  3. Lead design development, technical detailing, and drawing standardization<\/li>\n
  4. Review and approve drawings prepared by junior designers before submission<\/li>\n
  5. Revise drawings based on site conditions, technical feedback, and project requirements<\/li>\n
  6. Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and project specifications<\/li>\n
  7. Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and other stakeholders for design inputs<\/li>\n
  8. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior design engineers\/draftsmen<\/li>\n
  9. Maintain proper design documentation, drawing revisions, and project records<\/li>\n
  10. Ensure timely delivery of design outputs as per project schedules<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Skills & Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting and detailing)<\/li>\n
    2. Good working knowledge of SketchUp (3D modeling)<\/li>\n
    3. Strong understanding of technical drawings, construction detailing, and design standards<\/li>\n
    4. Ability to review drawings and identify design errors or improvements<\/li>\n
    5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills<\/li>\n
    6. Excellent attention to detail and quality control in design work<\/li>\n
    7. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
