Job Title: Business Development Executive<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Generate leads and sales opportunities for residential rooftop solar projects<\/li>\n
  2. Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site surveys across Delhi\/NCR<\/li>\n
  3. Explain solar solutions, pricing, government subsidies, ROI, and benefits to homeowners<\/li>\n
  4. Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and project feasibility reports<\/li>\n
  5. Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution<\/li>\n
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral networks<\/li>\n
  7. Execute local marketing activities, campaigns, and society outreach programs<\/li>\n
  8. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets<\/li>\n
  9. Maintain accurate customer data, follow-ups, and sales reports<\/li>\n
  10. Stay updated on MNRE policies, subsidies, and net-metering regulations<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Skills & Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. 1-3 years of experience in solar sales \/ real estate\/field sales \/ B2C sales<\/li>\n
    2. Prior experience in residential solar rooftop sales is a plus<\/li>\n
    3. Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales\/Marketing is an added advantage)<\/li>\n
    4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills<\/li>\n
    5. Good knowledge of Delhi\/NCR residential societies and local areas<\/li>\n
    6. Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi\/NCR<\/li>\n
    7. Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred)<\/li>\n
    8. Comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven environment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
