The D365 Finance & Operations Integration Architect is responsible for defining and governing the integration architecture around Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations \/ Finance & Supply Chain Management for healthcare organizations across the USA and India.<\/span><\/p>\n

The opportunity:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Own the end-to-end integration architecture for D365 F&O in business scenarios, covering design, standards, patterns, and governance across hospital, clinic, diagnostics, pharmacy, and payer ecosystems.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Translate healthcare and finance business requirements into integration designs, covering data flow, interfaces, messaging models, error handling, monitoring, and security.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Design and oversee integration between D365 F&O and other enterprise applications using APIs, DMF, dual write, and middleware.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Define and implement integration patterns leveraging Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management), ESB\/iPaaS platforms, and standard healthcare protocols where applicable.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Collaborate with Solution Architects and Functional Leads to ensure integration designs align with overall solution architecture, nonfunctional requirements, and regulatory constraints.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Lead integration discovery and design workshops with business and IT stakeholders in the USA and India, documenting interface contracts, SLAs, and operational responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Define data integration and migration strategy including master data synchronization, financial and operational data loads, cutover sequencing, and reconciliation approaches.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Establish and enforce integration standards, naming conventions, security models, and reusable patterns across programs and products.<\/span><\/p>\n

What you\u00a0<\/span>need:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>13-15 years of overall IT experience with at least 8-10 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics AX \/ D365 F&O \/ F&SCM integrations.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Minimum 3-5 years in an Integration Architect \/ Technical Architect role on large D365 F&O programs, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Strong experience designing and implementing integrations with third party platforms, and payer\/TPA systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Proven experience with integrations in multi entity, multi country environments, including projects involving USA and\/or India healthcare organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Hands on experience with Azure integration technologies (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Event Grid, API Management) and\/or other integration platforms (ESB, iPaaS).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Solid track record in end-to-end data migration and ongoing data synchronization between D365 F&O and external systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Experience working in regulated environments with strong audit, security, and uptime requirements (e.g., large hospitals, healthcare groups, or payers).<\/span><\/p>\n

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. We provide a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.<\/span><\/p>\n
