Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, and systems for conveyors and material handling equipment.<\/li>\n
  2. Create 2D drawings and 3D models using design software such as AutoCAD, SolidEdge , SolidWorks, Inventor, or Catia.<\/li>\n
  3. Perform design calculations, tolerance analysis, and material selection.<\/li>\n
  4. Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), technical documentation, and design reports.<\/li>\n
  5. Collaborate with electrical and automation teams for integrated design solutions.<\/li>\n
  6. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.<\/li>\n
  7. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for fabrication feasibility, costing, and material availability.<\/li>\n
  8. Support manufacturing, assembly, installation, and commissioning activities.<\/li>\n
  9. Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and continuous improvements.<\/li>\n
  10. Provide technical support in resolving design and production-related issues.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Key Skills Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, manufacturing processes, and GD&T.<\/li>\n
    2. Proficiency in SolidWorks \/Solid Edge\/ Inventor \/ Catia \/ AutoCAD.<\/li>\n
    3. Experience in sheet metal design, fabrication, machining, and welding processes.<\/li>\n
    4. Understanding of conveyor systems, material handling equipment, or special purpose machines (SPMs).<\/li>\n
    5. Knowledge of design standards and safety compliance.<\/li>\n
    6. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. Bachelor\u2019s Degree \/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.<\/li>\n
      2. 2\u20135 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in conveyors, material handling, or manufacturing industry.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
