Position: Purchase Engineer \u2013 (Electrical Background)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Engineer (Electrical) with hands-on experience in procurement of electrical components for Conveyor \/ Material Handling projects and Automation field, SPMs. The candidate should have strong vendor management and negotiation skills.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Procurement of electrical components such as Motors, VFDs, Panels, Sensors, Cables, PLC-related items, switch gear items, transformers, cable trays & cables etc.<\/li>\n
  2. Handling techno-commercial comparison, and vendor finalization.<\/li>\n
  3. Cost negotiation and rate contract finalization.<\/li>\n
  4. Coordination with Design, Projects & Stores team.<\/li>\n
  5. Vendor development and performance evaluation.<\/li>\n
  6. Ensuring timely delivery as per project schedule.<\/li>\n
  7. Maintaining purchase records and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Strong knowledge of electrical components used in conveyor systems.<\/li>\n
    2. Strong Negotiation skills<\/li>\n
    3. Ability to handle urgency and delivery timeline pressures on continuous basis<\/li>\n
    4. Good understanding of BOQ & technical specifications.<\/li>\n
    5. ERP knowledge preferred.<\/li>\n
    6. Strong communication & coordination skills.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Diploma \/ BE in Electrical Engineering or non technical background with electrical procurement subject knowledge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
