The role involves end to end hardware development, schematic design, PCB review, hardware brings up, verification, and cross functional collaboration.<\/p>\n<p>________________________________________<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Design and develop embedded electronics, including analysis, specification, verification, and lifecycle maintenance.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Create schematics for MCU\/SoC interfaces, power management, analog front ends, and protection circuits.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Support PCB layout with design rules, SI\/PI\/EMC guidelines, and perform layout reviews.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Handle hardware brings up &amp; debugging (power sequencing, clocks, interfaces) in close collaboration with firmware teams.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Define and execute verification plans (electrical, functional, environmental); support EMC\/EMI troubleshooting.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Perform component selection, derating, reliability checks, and qualification.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Work with Manufacturing\/EMS for industrialization, test strategy, and series ramp up.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Prepare documentation for designs, tests, and support compliance approvals (CE\/UL).<\/p>\n<p>________________________________________<\/p>\n<p>Mandatory Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Strong experience in embedded hardware design, schematics, and component selection.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Expertise in power supplies &amp; power management (DC\/DC, LDO, sequencing).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Good knowledge of analog &amp; digital circuits and signal handling.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Hands on with MCU\/SoC interfaces (SPI, I\u00b2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet, PWM, ADC).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Proficient in lab debugging (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, power analyzer).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience with EDA tools like Altium, Cadence, Mentor, and performing PCB layout reviews.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Good understanding of EMC\/EMI principles and troubleshooting.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Familiarity with structured development processes and documentation.<\/p>\n<p>________________________________________<\/p>\n<p>Desirable Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Exposure to high speed interfaces (DDR, LVDS).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Experience with industrial drive electronics and functional safety concepts.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Basic understanding of firmware for debugging (JTAG\/SWD).<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Familiarity with automated test setups, scripting (Python), and CI for hardware.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Knowledge of DFM\/DFT and manufacturing collaboration.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_job_location":"Pune, Maharashtra, India","_application":"hrm@cephasconsult.biz","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[],"class_list":["post-5810","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-expired","hentry"],"aioseo_notices":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/5810","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=5810"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=5810"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
