Role Summary<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a\u00a0<\/span>hands-on Technical Manager<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0to lead our Embedded Hardware and Firmware teams. The role involves\u00a0<\/span>technical leadership, architecture ownership, problem-solving, reviews, mentoring<\/span><\/strong>, and ensuring high-quality delivery of electronics used in\u00a0<\/span>servo drives, VFDs, and motion control products<\/span><\/strong>. This is an engineering-driven role, not just people management.<\/span><\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Technical & Architecture Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Own end-to-end\u00a0<\/span>embedded hardware + firmware architecture ownership<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Define technology roadmaps for MCU\/SoC, power management, RTOS, toolchains<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Make decisions balancing performance, cost, reliability, and cybersecurity<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Act as technical escalation point for complex HW\u2013FW issues<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Hands-on Engineering Contribution<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Participate in hardware schematic\/layout reviews<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Participate in firmware design\/code &its reviews<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Support prototype bring-up, debugging using oscilloscope, JTAG\/SWD<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Drive root-cause analysis for field, EMC, reliability issues<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Embedded Hardware Leadership<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Guide MCU\/SoC-based designs, analog\/digital circuits, power supplies<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Ensure EMC\/EMI-compliant design, component selection, derating and reliability<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Oversee verification & environmental testing<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Embedded Firmware Leadership<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Lead development of low-level drivers, RTOS\/bare-metal firmware, bootloader, secure boot, firmware update mechanisms and communication stack (EtherCAT, CAN)<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Lead implementation of communication protocols (EtherCAT, CAN, PROFINET, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity practices (IEC 62443)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Cross-functional Collaboration<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • Work with Controls, Systems, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety & Cybersecurity teams<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Ensure alignment of requirements, interfaces, verification, certifications<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Support audits, certifications & customer support<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Team & Execution Guidance<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Mentor hardware and firmware engineers<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Build strong engineering culture and review processes<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Enforce documentation, change management, and quality practices<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Required Experience<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

              • 12\u201318 years in embedded hardware + firmware development<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Strong hands-on experience with industrial electronics (servo drives, inverters, motion products)<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Prior role as Technical Lead \/ Architect \/ Hands-on Manager<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                Must-Have Technical Skills<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

                • MCU\/SoC hardware design, analog\/digital circuits<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Power management, EMC\/EMI fundamentals, PCB designs layout review<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Embedded C, RTOS\/bare metal development<\/span><\/li>\n
