About the Role<\/h3>\n

We are looking for a highly skilled and product-driven\u00a0Full Stack Engineer<\/strong>\u00a0to lead the development of a next-generation\u00a0AI-powered SaaS platform<\/strong>. This is a 0?1 build role, where you will work closely with product and business teams to architect and develop a scalable, intelligent system with a strong focus on automation, workflows, and data-driven decisioning.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

1. Platform Architecture & Development<\/h4>\n

  • Design and build a scalable, modular architecture for a multi-tenant SaaS platform<\/li>\n
  • Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and APIs<\/li>\n
  • Translate ambiguous product requirements into robust technical solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. AI & Automation Systems<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Integrate LLMs and AI services for:\n
        \n
      • Content generation<\/li>\n
      • Workflow automation<\/li>\n
      • Intelligent recommendations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Build systems that convert natural language inputs into structured actions<\/li>\n
      • Implement context-aware workflows and decision logic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. Workflow & System Modules<\/h4>\n

        • Develop core platform capabilities such as:\n

          • Task and workflow management systems<\/li>\n
          • Scheduling and automation engines<\/li>\n

                • Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance<\/li>\n
                • Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms<\/li>\n
                • Design for multi-tenant environments and data isolation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  7. Ownership & Collaboration<\/h4>\n

                  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product<\/li>\n
                  • Take full ownership from architecture to deployment<\/li>\n
                  • Continuously improve system performance and developer workflows<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Required Skills & Experience<\/h3>\n

                    Core Engineering<\/h4>\n
                      \n
                    • 4\u20138+ years of experience in Full Stack Development<\/li>\n
                    • Strong expertise in:\n
                        \n
                      • Frontend: React \/ Next.js<\/li>\n
                      • Backend: Node.js \/ Python<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
                      • Experience building scalable web applications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        AI \/ LLM Experience<\/h4>\n
                          \n
                        • Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and AI integrations<\/li>\n
                        • Understanding of NLP concepts and conversational systems<\/li>\n
                        • Experience with prompt engineering is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                          System Design<\/h4>\n

                          • Experience building scalable SaaS platforms<\/li>\n
                          • Strong understanding of:\n
