Group\/Division<\/p>\n

The LS-SWIFT Division of our Global Products Group provides patterned wafer inspection<\/p>\n

systems for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Its mission is to deliver market-leading<\/p>\n

cost of ownership in defect detection for a broad range of applications in the production of<\/p>\n

semiconductors. Customers from the foundry, logic, memory, automotive, MEMS, advanced<\/p>\n

packaging and other markets rely upon high-sample wafer inspection information generated by<\/p>\n

LS-SWIFT products.<\/p>\n

LS (Laser Scanning) systems enable cost-effective patterned wafer defect detection for the<\/p>\n

industry\u2019s most sophisticated process technologies deployed in leading-edge foundry, logic,<\/p>\n

DRAM, and NAND fabs. SWIFT (Simultaneous Wafer Inspection at Fast Throughput) systems<\/p>\n

deliver all-wafer-surface (frontside, backside, and edge) macro inspection that is critical for<\/p>\n

automotive IC, MEMS, and advanced packaging processes as well as foundry\/logic and memory<\/p>\n

fabs.<\/p>\n

LS-SWIFT operates from a global footprint that includes the US, Singapore, India and Germany,<\/p>\n

Essential Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

As a Software Manager within this group, you will be responsible for building and leading a<\/p>\n

team of highly skilled software engineers to advance our wafer inspection products, leveraging<\/p>\n

cutting-edge technologies and the latest advancements in software engineering and AI\/ML\/DL.<\/p>\n

You will apply your proven leadership experience to guide your team in conceiving, designing,<\/p>\n

and deploying robust and scalable software solutions for high-volume production and real-time<\/p>\n

applications.<\/p>\n

Key responsibilities include driving the evolution toward next-generation software architecture,<\/p>\n

potentially incorporating new technology stacks, while supporting and enhancing existing<\/p>\n

features within the current platform.<\/p>\n

Required Expertise:<\/p>\n

Proficiency in C#\/.NET, user experience (UX), AI\/ML, and open source technologies.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Collaborate with cross-divisional and cross-functional teams across global locations to<\/p>\n

deliver optimal software solutions<\/p>\n

Essential skills:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Strong technical problem-solving ability<\/p>\n

\u2022 Comprehensive understanding of design patterns and programming proficiency in C#,<\/p>\n

C++, and Python<\/p>\n

\u2022 Thorough knowledge of architecture patterns<\/p>\n

\u2022 Solid grasp of open-source and other diverse technologies (web and thick client) with an<\/p>\n

analytical approach to evaluating the strengths and limitations of different software<\/p>\n

architectures<\/p>\n

\u2022 Sound rational decision-making for technical and project-related matters<\/p>\n

Preferred Qualifications:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Master\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering<\/p>\n

\u2022 Hands-on experience in AI\/ML\/DL, specifically DL Training infrastructure<\/p>\n

\u2022 Hands-on experience with AI based productivity tools \u2013 such as Cursor, Codeium etc.<\/p>\n

\u2022 UX skills including wireframing, prototyping, and user flow design with industry-standard<\/p>\n

tools<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience in the semiconductor processing\/equipment industry or with product<\/p>\n

companies is preferred<\/p>\n

\u2022 Outstanding communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal<\/p>\n

abilities<\/p>\n

\u2022 Self-motivated and effective as a strong team player<\/p>\n

\u2022 Solid understanding of high-performance computing and related technologies\/tools<\/p>\n

(including CPU\/GPU performance comparison and relevant toolkits) alongside<\/p>\n
