The opportunity:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Configure and test core Finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable\/Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budget Control, Cash & Bank Management, and Project Accounting, optimizing for automation and audit trails.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Lead data migration for financial master data (CoA, vendors, customers) and historical transactions using Data Management Framework, including validation and reconciliation.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Define financial reporting structures, including financial dimensions, SSRS\/Power BI reports, and electronic reporting for US 1099, Indian TDS\/TCS, and GST filings.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (e.g., banking APIs, treasury systems) and customizations, ensuring adherence to best practices and minimal technical debt.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Provide user training, UAT support, cutover planning, and hypercare for finance go-lives, resolving issues in real-time across global teams.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Proven USA\/India project exposure, including localization for GST, TDS, US tax reporting, and multi-company consolidations.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Experience in Agile delivery, onshore-offshore models, and finance process optimization (e.g., procure-to-pay, order-to-cash).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Deep expertise in D365 Finance configuration: ledgers, journals, dimensions, tax engines, budgeting, and intercompany.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Strong analytical skills for gap analysis, process mapping (Visio), and financial close optimization.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. We provide a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.<\/span><\/p>\n

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
