\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process design for Commerce scenarios including storefronts, POS, order management, payments, pricing, promotions, and returns across online\/in-store channels.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Configure D365 Commerce modules: site builder, product catalogs, assortments, channels, loyalty programs, and B2B hierarchies, integrated with F&O inventory, procurement, and finance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Design and test integrations between Commerce, F&O, Power Platform, and third-party systems (payment gateways, ERPs, shipping carriers) using dual-write, APIs, and Commerce Scale Units.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Set up tax engines, financial dimensions, and reporting for US nexus rules, Indian GST, and multi-currency settlements in global Commerce operations.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Drive data migration for products, customers, pricing, and orders; support UAT, performance testing for peak sales volumes, and hypercare post-go-live.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Conduct end-user training, change management, and optimization workshops for retail\/Commerce stakeholders across USA\/India time zones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. We provide a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.<\/span><\/p>\n
