Role Overview<\/h3>\n

We are looking for a Saviynt-focused IAM professional at an architecture\/engineering level with deep expertise in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). The candidate will drive end-to-end Saviynt solution design, implementation, and optimization, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant identity ecosystems across enterprise environments.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Saviynt Architecture & Platform Engineering:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Design and implement scalable Saviynt architecture, including tenant setup, data model design, and performance optimization<\/li>\n
    • Develop and manage advanced rules, workflows, and business logic within Saviynt<\/li>\n
    • Drive platform customization, plugin development, and REST\/API-based integrations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • IGA Solution Design:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Architect and implement end-to-end IGA solutions including Access Request System (ARS), SoD (Segregation of Duties), and Certification\/Recertification frameworks<\/li>\n
      • Define RBAC models, entitlement governance strategies, and lifecycle management processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Identity Integration & Ecosystem:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Lead integrations with enterprise applications, directories, and cloud platforms using connectors, APIs, and event-driven mechanisms<\/li>\n
        • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable application onboarding and automated provisioning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • AD \/ Azure AD \/ Multi-Tenant Expertise:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Architect identity models across Active Directory (AD) and Azure Active Directory (AAD) environments<\/li>\n
          • Design group structures, OU strategies, and identity lifecycle flows<\/li>\n
          • Leverage Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO) capabilities for cross-tenant identity governance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
          • Governance, Risk & Compliance:<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Implement and optimize SoD policies, access certifications, and audit controls<\/li>\n
            • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory frameworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • Automation & Optimization:<\/strong>\n
                \n
              • Enhance self-service capabilities, workflow automation, and access request efficiencies<\/li>\n
              • Continuously improve performance, scalability, and operational stability of the Saviynt platform<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Code Quality & Delivery Excellence:<\/strong>\n
                  \n
                • Maintain high-quality code standards, documentation, and deployment practices<\/li>\n
                • Support production environments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform reliability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Required Skills & Experience<\/h3>\n
                    \n
                  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Saviynt IGA implementation and engineering<\/li>\n
                  • Strong expertise in: Saviynt EIC platform architecture & configuration; ARS, SoD, Recertification, RBAC; REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and scripting<\/li>\n
                  • Deep understanding of: Active Directory (AD) & Azure AD (AAD); Identity lifecycle management & provisioning workflows<\/li>\n
                  • Experience in enterprise integrations and large-scale deployments<\/li>\n
                  • Exposure to Multi-Tenant Organization (MTO) is a strong plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                    Good to Have<\/h3>\n
                      \n
                    • Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., SailPoint, Okta)<\/li>\n
                    • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)<\/li>\n
                    • Understanding of security frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
