Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Irvine, CA. Hybrid, 3-4 days in office<\/p>\n

Portfolio:<\/strong><\/p>\n

You will be a key resource in our client\u2019s implementation of Oracle Fusion ERP. Modules being supported include: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).<\/p>\n

What You’ll Do As a Sr Project Manager:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Manages, and oversees the execution of simultaneous technology, business and facility projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and schedule.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for IT initiatives.<\/li>\n
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor project progress, milestones, and risks to ensure successful delivery.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.<\/li>\n
  • Conducts regular project status meetings and provide routine updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, highlighting key milestones, issues, risks, and achievements.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure adherence to VF PMO policies and best practices.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate vendor selection and evaluation processes, including demos, comparisons, and implementation timelines.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee project financials, ensuring visibility into budgeting, forecasting, and performance against plan.<\/li>\n
  • Manage vendors and hold them accountable for their delivery activities.<\/li>\n
  • Capture lessons learned, promote continuous improvement, and obtain final project approvals.<\/li>\n
  • Facilitates change requests to ensure approval and alignment on the impacts of change on scope, schedule and budget.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinates resources across multiple teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors and contractors, to ensure optimal utilization and project success.<\/li>\n
  • Prepares and delivers executive-level presentations to communicate project progress, outcomes, and strategic recommendations.<\/li>\n
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    You could be a great fit if you have:<\/p>\n

    • A minimum of five (5) years\u2019 experience managing enterprise technology projects, initiatives and implementations<\/li>\n
    • Experience in Manufacturing, Plant Operations, Commercial Products, Supply Chain a plus<\/li>\n
    • Technical experience with Oracle, JDE, MuleSoft and Snowflake a plus<\/li>\n
    • PMI or other project management experience and certifications are a plus<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<\/li>\n
    • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Project, ServiceNow or similar planning tool<\/li>\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred, advanced degree highly desirable<\/li>\n
    • Solid understanding of software development practices, methodologies, tools, and quality processes.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to maintain quality standards while working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment<\/li>\n
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at a C Suite level<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
