  • Qualifications: B.E in mechanical engineering<\/li>\n
  • Exp.<\/strong>\u00a0: 3 to 7 mentioned but we can stretch up to 10 years provided if he fits to the budget<\/span><\/li>\n

    Position Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The candidate will work in a global context environment, on local and global programs, closely with release teams and other functional groups; he\/she will take care of Gear box Modelling & Drafting from concept layout phase to SOP, proactively recognize any possible issues and develop solutions to meet performance objectives and timelines of various programs.<\/p>\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Responsible for creating Specification, Drawing & Bill of Material of Gearbox Components.<\/li>\n
    • Responsible for Design Modelling & Drafting related to product\/project of geared motors<\/li>\n
    • Responsible for timely delivery of Engineering outputs in accordance with established schedules.<\/li>\n
    • Co-ordination with Cross Functional Team as per the requirement of Project<\/li>\n
    • Work according to design codes and software tools assigned<\/li>\n
    • Design & Optimization of casting parts<\/li>\n
    • Participate in Functional testing of prototype of geared motors<\/li>\n
    • Active participation in localization & VA\/VE<\/li>\n
    • Review various documents, drawings received from suppliers & give comments or acceptance when required.<\/li>\n
    • Skills:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Must have<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Expert knowledge of ISO \/ DIN norm and methodology for calculating the load capacity.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in design of Gearbox, transmission and \/ or powertrain<\/li>\n
      • Strong Mechanical Design fundamentals.<\/li>\n
      • Hands-on expertise in design software like Romax, KISS Soft.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in Simens NX \u2013 Unigraphics<\/li>\n
      • Having experience in\u00a0any PLM\/ERP, SAP, Team Centre system<\/li>\n
      • Good communications \u2013 written and spoken English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Good to have<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Working experience of Industrial Gearbox \/ geared Motor Industry<\/li>\n
        • Speaking\/understanding German language<\/li>\n
        • Experience of working in a global cross functional team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
