We are currently hiring a Sales & Marketing to lead our Sales function with the purpose of the company\u2019s strategic goals<\/p>\n

Role and Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

Reporting to the Core team, you will lead a team of sales professionals to meet the company\u2019s customer acquisition & growth objectives. You will be responsible for:<\/p>\n

  • Driving sales objectives and achieving commercial budget and targets<\/li>\n
  • Develop and improve upon existing marketing Strategies<\/li>\n
  • Consult market research to assess current trends and brand awareness<\/li>\n

  • Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis.<\/li>\n
  • Overseeing the daily sales activities, writing sales reports, designing effective sales strategies, and marketing company products and services.<\/li>\n
  • Outlining and managing sales budgets.<\/li>\n
  • Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.<\/li>\n
  • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.<\/li>\n
