Position Overview:<\/h3>\n

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee solar EPC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the renewable energy sector, particularly in solar energy projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n

  • Project Planning:<\/strong>\u00a0Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure project success.<\/li>\n
  • Team Leadership:<\/strong>\u00a0Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction personnel, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.<\/li>\n
  • Stakeholder Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Act as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project updates and addressing any concerns.<\/li>\n
  • Budget Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial controls are in place, and monitor project expenditures to avoid overruns.<\/li>\n
  • Risk Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.<\/li>\n
  • Quality Assurance:<\/strong>\u00a0Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and adheres to industry regulations and safety standards.<\/li>\n
  • Progress Monitoring:<\/strong>\u00a0Track project progress against milestones and deliverables, and provide regular updates to senior management.<\/li>\n
  • Problem Solving:<\/strong>\u00a0Address and resolve project issues and conflicts promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/h3>\n

    • Education:<\/strong>\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master\u2019s degree or PMP certification is a plus.<\/li>\n
    • Experience:<\/strong>\u00a0Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the solar or renewable energy sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.<\/li>\n
    • Technical Skills:<\/strong>\u00a0Strong understanding of solar technology, design, and installation processes, as well as familiarity with industry regulations and standards.<\/li>\n
