Position Overview<\/h2>\n

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer (Rooftop Solar) to manage day-to-day site execution for rooftop solar PV projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion as per approved drawings and specifications.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Supervise installation of rooftop mounting structures, PV modules, DC\/AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection<\/li>\n
  • Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and quality standards<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and labor teams at rooftop sites<\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with HSE policies, including work-at-height safety, and conduct daily toolbox talks<\/li>\n
  • Monitor site progress and maintain DPRs, manpower records, and punch list closures<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with clients, building management, and vendors for smooth site execution<\/li>\n
  • Support inspections, testing, and pre-commissioning activities<\/li>\n
  • Ensure proper material handling and protection of rooftop assets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Diploma \/ ITI \/ Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy<\/li>\n
    • 1\u20133 years of experience in rooftop solar PV projects<\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience with metal sheet, RCC, and\/or industrial rooftops<\/li>\n
    • Ability to read drawings, manage site teams, and handle multiple rooftop locations<\/li>\n
    • Willingness to travel and work at project locations PAN INDIA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
