We are seeking a talented and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. This mid-level role focuses on building and maintaining a multi-agentic system that powers our ML-driven provider\u2019s assistant. Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Design, develop, and maintain a multi-agentic system that powers Mila\u2019s ML-driven care pathways.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to ensure low-latency, high-accuracy, and contextually relevant outputs.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Develop and implement scalable, safe, and predictable ML solutions that align with our goal-seeking pathways.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate proprietary MLalgorithms and LLMs into production systems.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Solve complex challenges related to real-time MLapplications.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Monitor and improve the performance of MLmodels in production, ensuring reliability and robustness.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Explore and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and ecosystems to enhance our ML capabilities, including potential expansion beyond Azure.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Implement best practices for ML model lifecycle management, including versioning, retraining, and deployment.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all ML workflows.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field, with a focus on building production-grade ML systems.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong understanding of multi-agent systems and experience designing scalable, distributed architectures.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Hands-on experience with integrating LLMs into production workflows.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, etc.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and familiarity with cloud-native ML tools and services.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Proven ability to solve complex problems related to latency, accuracy, and safety in ML systems.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring, and retraining.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
    • A passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to building solutions that improve patient outcomes.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
