We are seeking a\u00a0Senior Azure Security Engineer<\/strong>\u00a0with proven experience managing and securing Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments. This role will establish cloud security standards, safeguard sensitive data, and support secure adoption of advanced Azure services including\u00a0Azure AI, Cognitive Search, Document Intelligence, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)<\/strong>, as well as core\u00a0O365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)<\/strong>\u00a0workloads. Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Define and enforce\u00a0Azure and O365 security policies, standards, and guardrails<\/strong>\u00a0aligned to industry frameworks.<\/li>\n
  • Manage and optimize security services:\u00a0Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Key Vault, Policy, Firewall, RBAC, and Microsoft 365 Defender<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Secure advanced Azure services including:\n
      \n
    • Azure AI<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 protecting models, data pipelines, and APIs.<\/li>\n
    • Azure Cognitive Search & Document Intelligence<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 safeguarding sensitive data and ensuring compliance.<\/li>\n
    • Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 container security, network policies, identity, and runtime protection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Implement and maintain\u00a0O365 security controls<\/strong>: Exchange Online Protection, DLP, sensitivity labels, MFA\/conditional access, and insider risk management.<\/li>\n
    • Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to\u00a0embed security in CI\/CD pipelines and O365 integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Monitor, detect, and respond to\u00a0threats across Azure and O365<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Automate governance and compliance checks using\u00a0PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Hands-on experience managing security in Microsoft Azure and O365 (5+ years cloud security, 3+ years Azure\/O365 focus).<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Expertise in Azure AD \/ Entra ID, conditional access, RBAC, and privileged identity management.<\/li>\n
      • Demonstrated experience securing\u00a0Azure AI, AKS, or advanced Azure workloads<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      • Strong knowledge of\u00a0Microsoft 365 security controls<\/strong>\u00a0(Defender suite, DLP, sensitivity labels, identity protection).<\/li>\n
      • Background in\u00a0incident response and remediation<\/strong>\u00a0in cloud environments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Certifications:\u00a0AZ-500, SC-100, MS-500 (Microsoft 365 Security Administrator)<\/strong>, or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
