Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking an experienced\u00a0Sr. Applications Analyst<\/strong>\u00a0with expertise in\u00a0Salesforce<\/strong>,\u00a0Conga CLM<\/strong>, and\u00a0Conga X-Author for Excel(MANDATORY)<\/strong>\u00a0to lead application\u00a0solution design, development, enhancements, and maintenance<\/strong>\u00a0initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders to design scalable solutions, optimize processes, and ensure effective application performance.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions on the\u00a0Salesforce<\/strong>\u00a0platform.<\/li>\n
  • Architect and configure solutions for\u00a0Conga CLM<\/strong>\u00a0including contract creation, approvals, workflows, renewals, and integrations.<\/li>\n
  • Design and implement\u00a0Conga X-Author for Excel<\/strong>\u00a0solutions for data management, reporting, and document automation.<\/li>\n
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations including flows, workflows, reports, dashboards, security model, and automation.<\/li>\n
  • Perform application enhancements, defect fixes, and continuous improvements.<\/li>\n
  • Create functional and technical design documents.<\/li>\n
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.<\/li>\n
  • Participate in testing, release management, deployment, and production readiness activities.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards.<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams in Agile delivery model.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • 6+ years of experience in Salesforce design, development, and application maintenance.<\/li>\n
    • Strong hands-on experience in\u00a0Salesforce Administration \/ Configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    • Experience in\u00a0Conga CLM<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Conga X-Author for Excel(MANDATORY)<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, objects, flows, reports, dashboards, profiles, permission sets.<\/li>\n
    • Understanding of contract lifecycle management processes.<\/li>\n
    • Strong solution design and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n
    • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Preferred Skills:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Salesforce Admin \/ Platform certification.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and integrations.<\/li>\n
      • Exposure to Agile \/ Scrum methodology.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
