Role Overview:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

We are looking for a seasoned\u00a0<\/span>Project & Delivery Manager<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0to lead end-to-end execution of projects within our procurement business. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex projects, drive delivery excellence, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.<\/span><\/p>\n

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of\u00a0<\/span>project management, delivery ownership, stakeholder management, and team leadership<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/span>:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Project Management & Execution<\/span><\/p>\n

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning, execution, monitoring to closure<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Identify risks proactively and drive mitigation plans<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Define and ensure adherence to documentation requirements across all project phases<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Delivery Management<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Own overall delivery quality, timelines, and client satisfaction<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Establish delivery frameworks, governance, and best practices<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Track KPIs, SLAs, and ensure consistent delivery standards<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Drive continuous improvement across processes and execution<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Leverage tools and systems to maximize productivity, tracking, and visibility across projects<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Stakeholder Management<\/span><\/p>\n

      • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams for seamless delivery<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Provide regular updates, insights, and reports to leadership<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Team Leadership<\/span><\/p>\n

        • Lead, mentor, and manage project and delivery teams<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Drive accountability, performance, and ownership within the team<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Plan resource allocation and ensure optimal utilization<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Build a collaborative and high-performance culture<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Business Alignment (Procurement)<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Understand procurement workflows, client requirements, and business priorities<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Drive process improvements and efficiency in delivery<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Ensure smooth onboarding and execution for client engagements<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Support pre-sales activities, including participating in demos and solution discussions with prospective clients<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Qualifications and Skills:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • 12+ years of experience in\u00a0<\/span>project and delivery management<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Strong experience in\u00a0<\/span>procurement, supply chain, or related domains<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Proven track record of managing\u00a0<\/span>large-scale projects and cross-functional teams<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Strong knowledge of\u00a0<\/span>project management methodologies (Agile\/Waterfall)<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
            • Deep knowledge of project management principles, delivery frameworks, and operational best practices. Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to apply expertise across multiple functions.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Outstanding track record of successful project and delivery management, both in terms of outcomes and use of structured methodologies. Proactive in identifying risks and implementing strategies to mitigate them effectively.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Strong awareness of industry trends, evolving business needs, and delivery best practices. Ability to adapt and implement innovative approaches to improve efficiency and outcomes.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Actively participates in cross-functional initiatives to solve complex problems across projects. Provides direction, structure, and resources to drive collaboration and alignment.<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Preferred Skills:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

              • Experience working in\u00a0<\/span>client-facing roles<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
              • Certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent<\/span><\/li>\n
