\u2022 Overall administration and facility management of office premises<\/p>\n

\u2022 Handling day-to-day facility operations & maintenance activities<\/p>\n

\u2022 Managing vendors, negotiations, and ensuring timely service delivery<\/p>\n

\u2022 Creating and managing Purchase Orders (POs) and tracking orders<\/p>\n

\u2022 Handling online procurement \/ order management<\/p>\n

\u2022 Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and general documents<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintaining records, documentation, and compliance-related files<\/p>\n

\u2022 Coordinating with internal teams and external agencies<\/p>\n

\u2022 Ensuring smooth office operations and problem-solving on a daily basis<\/p>\n
