Job Description: Senior GenAI Engineer (Poland)<\/p>\n

As GenAI becomes a core enabler of enterprise transformation, we are seeking a GenAI Engineer who can design, train, fine-tune, and deploy Generative AI solutions while working closely with business stakeholders to define high-impact use cases. The role will be based in Poland with close collaboration across delivery, product, and business development teams.<\/p>\n

Role Overview<\/p>\n

The GenAI Engineer will be responsible for building and operationalizing Generative AI capabilities across Involead\u2019s platforms and client engagements. This role blends hands- on model development, prompt and pipeline engineering, MLOps, and business-facing solution design.<\/p>\n

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in LLMs and GenAI frameworks with strong business understanding, enabling them to translate real-world problems into scalable GenAI solutions with measurable impact.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

GenAI Model Development G Engineering<\/p>\n

Design, train, fine-tune, and evaluate Generative AI models (LLMs, multimodal models) for enterprise use cases.<\/p>\n

Develop and optimize prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, agents, and fine-tuning workflows.<\/p>\n

Work with open-source and commercial LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.).<\/p>\n

Implement guardrails, safety mechanisms, and hallucination mitigation techniques.<\/p>\n

Use Case Definition G Business Enablement<\/p>\n

Partner with business, consulting, and product teams to identify, evaluate, and prioritize GenAI use cases.<\/p>\n

Translate business problems into clear GenAI solution architectures and success metrics.<\/p>\n

Define ROI, feasibility, and scalability of GenAI initiatives.<\/p>\n

Create solution blueprints, prototypes, and POCs to demonstrate business value.<\/p>\n

Data, MLOps G Deployment<\/p>\n

Design and manage data pipelines for GenAI training, fine-tuning, and inference.<\/p>\n

Build scalable, secure, and cost-efficient GenAI systems for production environments.<\/p>\n

Collaborate with engineering teams on deployment, monitoring, and retraining strategies.<\/p>\n

Monitor model performance, latency, cost, and drift in production.<\/p>\n

Governance, Risk G Responsible AI<\/p>\n

Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant use of Generative AI.<\/p>\n

Implement explainability, auditability, and traceability mechanisms where required.<\/p>\n

Address data privacy, IP protection, and regulatory constraints (e.g., GDPR).<\/p>\n

Define and enforce GenAI best practices, standards, and usage guidelines.<\/p>\n

?ualifications G Experience<\/p>\n

5\u20139 years of experience in data science, ML engineering, or AI development, with 2+ years focused on Generative AI.<\/p>\n

Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, transformers, embeddings, and vector databases.<\/p>\n

Proficiency in Python and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Hugging Face, etc.).<\/p>\n

Experience with fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, PEFT, instruction tuning).<\/p>\n

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).<\/p>\n

Familiarity with MLOps tools, CI\/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.<\/p>\n

Experience working in consulting or enterprise product environments (preferred).<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.<\/p>\n
