Through design and material innovation, we aim to enrich work and<\/p>\n<p>elevate everyday workplace experiences.<\/p>\n<p>Role Overview:<\/p>\n<p>To create high-impact visualizations that help clients understand the design,<\/p>\n<p>improve proposal win rates, and reduce design iteration cycles.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>1. Work closely with Senior Architects to understand design intent<\/p>\n<p>2. Develop detailed 3D models from 2D drawings<\/p>\n<p>3. Create photorealistic interior and exterior renders<\/p>\n<p>4. Interpret concept designs into compelling visual presentations<\/p>\n<p>5. Support pitch presentations with strong visual storytelling<\/p>\n<p>6. Customize renders based on client preferences and feedback<\/p>\n<p>7. Create quick visualization outputs during negotiations and discussions<\/p>\n<p>8. Build and maintain an internal design asset library for faster turnaround<\/p>\n<p>9. Ensure consistency and high quality across all rendered outputs<\/p>\n<p>Required Experience &amp; Skills<\/p>\n<p>? 3\u20136 Years of experience in commercial interior fit-outs\/workplace design<\/p>\n<p>preferred<\/p>\n<p>? Bachelor\u2019s degree in Design, Architecture, or related field<\/p>\n<p>? Strong portfolio in 3D visualization and rendering<\/p>\n<p>? Expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, or<\/p>\n<p>equivalent tools<\/p>\n<p>? Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and spatial visualization<\/p>\n<p>?
