Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

Campaign Development & Automation<\/h4>\n

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing automation solutions, including complex customer journeys using Journey Builder and automated workflows via Automation Studio<\/li>\n
  • Configure triggers, design email content, and personalize customer experiences<\/li>\n
  • Build and optimize marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Data Management & Analytics<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Ensure data integrity by creating, managing, and optimizing Data Extensions, audience segments, and data flows<\/li>\n
    • Write and optimize SQL queries to populate data extensions and support segmentation<\/li>\n
    • Support data analysis and reporting to identify areas for campaign improvement<\/li>\n
    • Implement advanced segmentation and audience management strategies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      API Integrations & Customizations<\/h4>\n
        \n
      • Build custom integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and various external systems, including Salesforce CRM, databases, and other marketing tools using REST and SOAP APIs<\/li>\n
      • Streamline data exchange and automate workflows across platforms<\/li>\n
      • Develop and maintain integration documentation and best practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Email & Landing Page Development<\/h4>\n

        • Design, develop, and deploy responsive, dynamic, and personalized email templates and landing pages using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript<\/li>\n
        • Ensure visual appeal and accurate rendering across devices and email clients<\/li>\n
        • Build and refine content blocks and templates for scalability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Troubleshooting & Optimization<\/h4>\n

          • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization<\/li>\n
          • Troubleshoot technical errors and resolve issues promptly<\/li>\n
          • Perform A\/B testing and implement best practices to improve marketing automation performance<\/li>\n
          • Manage IP Warming and Sender Authentication Package (SAP) configurations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
