Job Summary:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Formwork Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing safe, economical, and efficient formwork and scaffolding systems for construction projects. The role involves structural analysis, preparation of detailed engineering drawings, design calculations, method statements, and coordination with internal departments and project sites to ensure timely and quality engineering deliverables.<\/p>\n

Job Description<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Shall have knowledge of various Formwork and scaffolding systems<\/li>\n
  • Shall have hands on experience in designing of formwork and scaffolding as per Indian and international standards<\/li>\n
  • Shall be able to carry Structural Analysis and design of various elements of Formwork and scaffolding<\/li>\n
  • Shall be able to understand structure drawings and prepare detailing \/ drawings for Formwork & other temporary works<\/li>\n
  • Shall work with a team of CAD Engineers to manage the Engineering activities within budget, on time and maintain quality of Engineering.<\/li>\n
  • Shall be able to provide efficient designs to ensure safety and economy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Prepare preliminary Formwork Schemes and selection of formwork systems as per construction sequence after receiving the inputs from site.<\/li>\n
    • Estimate Formwork material quantities for schemes for material mapping & procurement planning.<\/li>\n
    • Co-ordinate with the Formwork Planning team\/site about the formwork materials availability.<\/li>\n
    • Co-ordinate with inter departments for finalization of Special Formwork designs.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare final FW schemes after confirmation from site for release of Fabrication drawings.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare Design documents, method statements, Work procedures as per project requirement.<\/li>\n
    • Prepare Approval drawings, Design Calculations & Method statements for onward submission to client.<\/li>\n
    • Maintain documentation standards as per ISO system in all the designs and documents.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
