Key Roles & Responsibilities: ( Key Accounts Manager )<\/h3>\n

  • Business Development & Sales \u2013Area wise<\/li>\n
  • Promoting the products through a network with Architects \/Interior Designers \/ Consultants \/ Contractors \/ Builders & Developers.<\/li>\n
  • Address and resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.<\/li>\n
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.<\/li>\n
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.<\/li>\n
  • Accomplishment of achieved targets set by the company for overall growth.<\/li>\n
  • Managing the sales & distribution network for the assigned region<\/li>\n
  • Executing different brand promotion activities as decided by management time to time to increase the brand visibility in the region<\/li>\n
  • Submission of timely reports regarding sales for the project pipeline\/Distribution network.<\/li>\n
  • Optimum utilisation of resources & cost management<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market trends.<\/li>\n
  • Represent the company at industry events, Exhibitions, and conferences.<\/li>\n
