Job Summary:<\/h3>\n

We are seeking a dynamic Techno-Commercial Sales professional with strong technical understanding and sales expertise in construction solutions. The role involves promoting high-performance formwork systems, advanced concrete machinery, sustainable dry-mix products, and innovative admixtures to drive business growth while providing technical support to clients.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in infrastructure, real estate, and construction sectors<\/li>\n
  • Promote and sell formwork systems, concrete machinery, dry-mix products, and admixtures<\/li>\n
  • Provide techno-commercial solutions based on client requirements and project specifications<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and present technical proposals, cost estimates, and commercial quotations<\/li>\n
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients<\/li>\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams for project execution<\/li>\n
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients<\/li>\n
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs<\/li>\n
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Key Skills & Competencies:<\/h3>\n

    • Strong technical knowledge of construction materials and systems<\/li>\n
    • Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and project requirements<\/li>\n

    • Relationship management and client handling skills<\/li>\n
    • Commercial acumen with cost estimation and pricing knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Qualifications:<\/h3>\n

      Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred) or related field; MBA in Sales\/Marketing (added advantage)<\/p>\n

      Experience:<\/h3>\n

      2\u20138 years of experience in techno-commercial sales. Experience in formwork systems, construction chemicals, concrete equipment, or related products preferred.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
