Through design and material innovation, we aim to enrich work and<\/p>\n<p>elevate everyday workplace experiences.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Overview:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To ensure accurate MEP costing, tracking, and control during execution to avoid<\/p>\n<p>cost overruns and billing leakages.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Prepare detailed MEP BOQs and quantity validation<\/li>\n<li>Validate drawings against quantities and execution scope<\/li>\n<li>Support MEP costing for client pitches and proposals<\/li>\n<li>Track Budget vs Actual vs Committed costs for MEP scope<\/li>\n<li>Conduct site measurements and verify contractor\/vendor bills<\/li>\n<li>Prepare client MEP package bills and commercial documentation<\/li>\n<li>Identify scope variations and prepare cost impact analysis<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all MEP variations are approved and billed accurately<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with MEP Design, Project Managers, and Procurement teams<\/li>\n<li>Maintain BOQs, billing records, and cost trackers\n<p><strong>Required Experience &amp; Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>? Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mechanical\/Electrical Engineering or Quantity<\/p>\n<p>Surveying<\/p>\n<p>? 6\u20138 Years of experience in MEP quantity surveying and billing<\/p>\n<p>? Strong understanding of MEP systems and execution practices<\/p>\n<p>? Excellent coordination and cost control capabilities<\/p>\n<p>?
