Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Analyze existing customer success processes and workflows.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>SPOC for overseas Customer Service. Coordinating and following up the marketing team (KAM) for artwork and PO also supports the Sales team in achieving revenue targets.<\/span><\/p>\n

3.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Will act as a single point of contact and maintain strong relationships with clients. If required, he\/she must visit customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

4.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Collect feedback from customers and identify the areas of improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n

5.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Coordinate with the internal and external team:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Coordinating with overseas customers about artwork approval, schedule, execution of order, dispatch, delivery time, MIS, stock & initiate re-order.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Extend the coordination to the internal team like IT, Product, Estimation, Production for new product launch and support.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Working closely with the tendering team and supporting export tender documentation and submission.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00b7<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Correlation with accounts department for proper documentation, billing & payment follow-up.<\/span><\/p>\n

6.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Prepare regular reports of progress and forecast the potential business to internal stakeholders using key account metrics. Also maintain & report job\/customer specific MIS.<\/span><\/p>\n

7.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Implement and manage all parts of the client experience \u2013 Entry, service, liaison, exit and transition within the area of responsibility.<\/span><\/p>\n

8.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Resolve any issues and problems about service, quality, dispatch faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust and long-term relationship.<\/span><\/p>\n

9.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Develop and execute strategies to drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention rates.<\/span><\/p>\n

10.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Continuous Product improvisation as per industry trends.<\/span><\/p>\n

11.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Ensure quality of practice meets contractual requirements, legal obligation and organizational policy and procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n

12.<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>Conduct regular meetings with customers to present and discuss data analysis, including Turnaround Time (TAT) analysis and article delivery status.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Carrying out market research activity in chosen export markets<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Providing global Market intelligence and competitor activity repots to concerned higher authority.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Manage CRM, internal and external communications.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Branding and image building.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5.
