We are seeking an experienced ETL Developer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes for data extraction, transformation, and loading operations.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

  • ETL Development:<\/strong>\u00a0Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into target data warehouses<\/li>\n
  • Data Transformation:<\/strong>\u00a0Implement data transformation logic to clean, aggregate, and enrich raw data for analysis<\/li>\n
  • Database Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Work with MS-SQL, T-SQL, and SSIS databases to manage data operations<\/li>\n
  • Process Automation:<\/strong>\u00a0Develop automated ETL jobs and workflows using industry-standard tools<\/li>\n
  • Performance Optimization:<\/strong>\u00a0Monitor and tune ETL processes for efficiency, accuracy, and consistency<\/li>\n
  • Data Quality Assurance:<\/strong>\u00a0Ensure data integrity throughout the ETL pipeline with comprehensive testing and validation<\/li>\n
  • Production Support:<\/strong>\u00a0Provide job monitoring and follow ITIL-based incident and change management processes<\/li>\n
  • Troubleshooting:<\/strong>\u00a0Resolve ETL process issues and maintain detailed documentation of solutions<\/li>\n
  • Collaboration:<\/strong>\u00a0Work with data architects, analysts, and business teams to meet project requirements<\/li>\n
  • Documentation:<\/strong>\u00a0Maintain comprehensive documentation of ETL workflows and system configurations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Required Qualifications<\/h3>\n

    • Experience:<\/strong>\u00a03-5 years in ETL development with strong pipeline design and optimization background<\/li>\n
    • Technical Skills:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Expert proficiency in T-SQL, SSIS, and SSRS (mandatory)<\/li>\n
      • Strong MS-SQL Server skills for large dataset manipulation<\/li>\n
      • Experience with both relational and non-relational databases<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Methodology:<\/strong>\u00a0Experience working in Agile Scrum environments<\/li>\n
      • Tools:<\/strong>\u00a0Proficiency with Azure DevOps<\/li>\n
      • Communication:<\/strong>\u00a0Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n

        • Experience with SSRS or Power BI for reporting solutions<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of data modeling concepts and practices<\/li>\n
        • Familiarity with on-premises infrastructure and Windows Server environments<\/li>\n
        • Experience in data migration or modernization projects<\/li>\n
        • Knowledge of incident management tools (ADO, Jira, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
