This leader will play a pivotal role in modernizing the firm\u2019s analytics ecosystem, shaping enterprise data strategy, and enabling trusted, real-time insights that drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and executive decision-making.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n

                What Work You Will Be Responsible For<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

                • Lead and manage a full-time offshore analytics team supporting enterprise-wide SAP analytics initiatives.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Translate firm-level strategy into actionable analytics roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Architect, modernize, and optimize SAC, Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud environments to support scalable, trusted, real-time insights.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Define, standardize, and operationalize firm-wide KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders\u2014including Finance, Operations, Technology, and Executive Leadership\u2014to identify analytics opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Oversee the development of SAC stories, planning models, predictive analytics, and integrated data models.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards are consistently applied across analytics platforms.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Drive continuous improvement across analytics processes, delivery models, and team capabilities.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Mentor and guide offshore team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Support change management efforts to increase analytics adoption and data literacy across the firm.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Required Qualifications<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

                    \n
                  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, and SAP Datasphere.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Proven experience leading offshore or distributed analytics teams in a professional services environment.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Strong understanding of enterprise data modeling, semantic layers, and analytics architecture.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into analytics solutions that drive measurable outcomes.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Experience designing CDS Views, SAC dashboards, planning models, and data integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency, performance improvement, and data-driven decision-making.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Extensive experience integrating data from SAP ECC, S\/4HANA, and BW\/4HANA into SAP Datasphere using Data Flows, Replication Flows, and CDS\/OData-based extraction.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Strong proficiency in Datasphere data modeling, including fact\/dimension models, semantic modeling, federated views, and space-based architecture.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Hands-on expertise exposing Datasphere models to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) through live and import connections for reporting, planning, and KPI dashboards.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Skilled in building end-to-end data pipelines supporting real-time and batch analytics across SAP and non-SAP systems.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Deep understanding of data governance, lineage, quality, and security within Datasphere and SAC environments.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
                  • Proven ability to optimize performance and ensure seamless, trusted data flow across the SAP analytics landscape.<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
