Roles & Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Conduct requirement analysis and creation of functional requirement specification for new<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>derivative products or new features in an existing product.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Involve in embedded design documentation, coding, unit test and integration testing.<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Design\/Development of firmware in C\/C++ for timing critical, interrupt-based applications and evaluation report generation using lab equipment (i.e. logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.) to ensure functionality\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Design\/Development of firmware in C\/C++ for testing and evaluating durability of components<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Design\/Development of firmware in C\/C++on resource-constrained, embedded systems\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Work closely with other engineering teams, partners and vendors to gather inputs and ensure the right implementation and interoperability\/reusability.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ability to understand and follow engineering processes such as SCRUM, version control, and<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>bug management.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct FW impact analysis to ensure all of existing features are functional with new<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>proposed change(s).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Multitasking between the new product development and the sustenance activities of all<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>existing products<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure the quality of work products<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Strong software design skills, including debugging, performance analysis, and test design\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Should have strong programming skills in Embedded C and Knowledgeable in C++<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of using interfacing communication protocols such as USB, UART, SPI, I2C, Timers, PWM, WDT, CAN interfacing\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience with Cortex M4 or equivalent\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Experience in timing critical, interrupt-based design, power and memory optimization<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to read datasheet, schematics, design simple digital and analog circuits<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to self-learn<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Good to Have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • Good working experience in Multi-threaded programming, RTOS, IPC<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of bootloaders\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Knowledge of TCP IP, UDP\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Working experience on Industrial protocols like Modbus is preferred<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience in wireless technology Zigbee, BLE, LTEM is preferred\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience in functional safety development in the firmware. Awareness on functional safety<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>standards. Preferably Functional Safety certified.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience with Board bring-up activities is preferred<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with Atmel Studio, Kiel, CubeMX<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Experience with multi OS Linux\/Windows<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Eligible candidates:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Education: B.E. \/ B. Tech \/ M.E. \/ M. Tech\/ M.S. in Electronics or equivalent relevant work experience.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Work Experience: 5-8 years of experience<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
