Role Overview:<\/p>\n

We are looking for a highly energetic and execution-focused Events Manager to<\/p>\n

lead event planning, client engagement, and experience delivery across<\/p>\n

centres.<\/p>\n

This role will be responsible for designing and executing community events, client<\/p>\n

engagement programs, corporate gatherings, festive activations, and premium<\/p>\n

client-specific experiences that strengthen community, improve retention, and<\/p>\n

generate additional revenue opportunities.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n

  1. Event Planning & Execution\n

    a. Own and drive the end-to-end event lifecycle across all centres<\/p>\n

    b. Plan and execute:<\/p>\n

    c. Community engagement events<\/p>\n

    d. Networking sessions & startup meetups<\/p>\n

    e. Workshops, wellness sessions, and masterclasses<\/p>\n

    f. Corporate & enterprise client events<\/p>\n

    g. Leadership roundtables and curated experiences<\/p>\n

    h. Festive and cultural activations<\/p>\n

    i. Ensure high-quality, consistent execution standards across centres<\/li>\n

  2. Client Engagement & Experience\n

    a. Act as the primary point of contact for client-driven events<\/p>\n

    b. Partner with enterprise clients to design customized event experiences<\/p>\n

    c. Drive member engagement, satisfaction, and retention<\/p>\n

    d. Build strong relationships with clients, community members, and<\/p>\n

    centre teams<\/li>\n

  3. Vendor & Budget Management\n

    a. Source, onboard, and manage vendors across d\u00e9cor, catering, AV,<\/p>\n

    entertainment, production, etc.<\/p>\n

    b. Negotiate commercials and ensure cost efficiency<\/p>\n

    c. Manage event budgets, approvals, and spend tracking<\/p>\n

    d. Ensure vendor quality, timelines, and service standards<\/li>\n

  4. Revenue & Partnerships\n

    a. Identify opportunities to drive event-led revenue (ticketed events, paid<\/p>\n

    experiences)<\/p>\n

    b. Build brand partnerships and sponsorships<\/p>\n

    c. Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to monetize events and enhance<\/p>\n

    visibility<\/li>\n

  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration\n

    a. Work closely with Operations, Sales, Marketing, and HR teams for<\/p>\n

    seamless execution<\/p>\n

    b. Align event initiatives with broader business and client objectives<\/li>\n

  6. Operations & Reporting\n

    a. Maintain a centralized event calendar across all centres<\/p>\n

    b. Track and report:<\/p>\n

    i. Event performance<\/p>\n

    ii. Attendance & engagement metrics<\/p>\n

    iii. Client feedback<\/p>\n

    iv. ROI and overall impact<\/p>\n

    c. Drive continuous improvement in event quality and experience<\/p>\n

    standards<\/p>\n

    Required Experience & Skills<\/p>\n

    ? 4\u20138 years of experience in event management, hospitality, coworking, or<\/p>\n

    corporate events<\/p>\n

    ? Strong vendor management and negotiation skills<\/p>\n

    ? Experience handling multi-location \/ multi-site operations<\/p>\n

    ? Strong stakeholder management and ownership mindset<\/p>\n

    ? Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment<\/p>\n

    ? Commercial awareness (budgeting and revenue orientation preferred)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
