This role is responsible for driving qualified leads,<\/p>\n<p>optimising conversion funnels, and influencing revenue through data-driven<\/p>\n<p>performance marketing.The role goes beyond campaign execution and focuses on business impact, funnel<\/p>\n<p>efficiency, and sales alignment.While this role does not execute SEO, GEO, or AEO, it works closely with<\/p>\n<p>relevant teams and agencies to align paid, organic, and AI-driven discovery efforts<\/p>\n<p>for maximum acquisition efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Paid Media Strategy &amp; Execution? Own and scale paid acquisition across platforms:? Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)? Meta Ads (Facebook &amp; Instagram)? LinkedIn Ads (B2B-focused campaigns)? Define channel-wise strategy based on product, geography, and target\n<p>audience.? Structure campaigns, bidding strategies, and budgets aligned to business<\/p>\n<p>priorities.? Ensure efficient budget utilisation with clear ROI and performance<\/p>\n<p>accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Funnel &amp; Conversion Ownership? Own the complete acquisition funnel:? Ad ? Landing Page ? Lead ? CRM ? Sales ? Closure? Work closely with design, content, and web teams to optimise landing\n<p>pages and lead forms.? Continuously improve:? Conversion rates? Lead quality (MQL to SQL)? Cost per qualified lead? Identify funnel drop-offs and collaborate with sales to improve closure<\/p>\n<p>outcomes.<\/li>\n<li>Data, Tracking &amp; Analytics? Ensure robust tracking and attribution across platforms:? GA4, Google Tag Manager? Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag? CRM integrations (HubSpot, Zoho, or custom CRM)? Build and maintain dashboards for:? CPL, CPQL, CPA? Channel-wise and campaign-wise performance? Analyse data and translate insights into actionable recommendations for\n<p>leadership and sales teams.<\/li>\n<li>Revenue &amp; Sales Alignment? Work closely with Inside Sales and Transactions teams to:? Improve lead relevance and quality? Reduce lead response time? Track marketing-influenced closures? Optimise campaigns based on downstream metrics such as:? SQL conversion rate? Closure rate? Revenue per lead? Take ownership of marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue, not just\n<p>lead volume.<\/li>\n<li>SEO, GEO &amp; AEO Collaboration (Non-Execution Role)? Collaborate with SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation), and AEO\n<p>(Answer Engine Optimisation) teams or external agencies to align paid<\/p>\n<p>and organic growth efforts.? Share high-intent keyword insights, search term data, and conversion<\/p>\n<p>performance from paid campaigns to inform SEO, GEO, and AEO<\/p>\n<p>strategies.? Provide inputs on landing page performance, user behaviour, and<\/p>\n<p>conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to support organic and AI-driven<\/p>\n<p>discoverability.? Ensure consistency in messaging, intent targeting, and landing page<\/p>\n<p>experience across paid media, search engines, and AI answer platforms.? Review SEO, GEO, and AEO performance at a high level without<\/p>\n<p>owning strategy execution or delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Experimentation &amp; Growth? Plan and execute structured experiments across:? Creatives? Audiences? Offers? Landing pages? Scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones decisively.? Build repeatable playbooks for acquisition, optimisation, and scaling.<\/li>\n<li>Team &amp; Stakeholder Management? Mentor and guide junior performance marketers or associates.? Coordinate with:? Design team for creatives? Content team for ad and landing page messaging? Tech team for tracking and CRM integrations? Act as the single point of ownership for performance marketing\n<p>outcomes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)? Cost per Lead (CPL)? Cost per Qualified Lead (CPQL)? Lead-to-SQL conversion rate? Marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue? Funnel conversion rates? Budget efficiency and ROI<\/p>\n<p>Required Skills &amp; Experience? 2\u20134 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.? Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.? Proven experience managing large monthly ad budgets.? Deep understanding of:? Funnel optimisation? Attribution and tracking? Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)? Experience working closely with sales teams in B2B or<\/p>\n<p>high-consideration sales environments.? Strong analytical mindset with comfort in dashboards and performance<\/p>\n<p>data.<\/p>\n<p>Preferred Experience? Experience in B2B, commercial real estate, SaaS, or enterprise services.? Exposure to inventory-led or location-based marketing models.?
