{"id":7537,"date":"2026-10-31T11:50:10","date_gmt":"2026-10-31T11:50:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/?post_type=job_listing&#038;p=7537"},"modified":"2026-10-31T11:50:12","modified_gmt":"2026-10-31T11:50:12","slug":"claims-manager-estimator","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/cephasconsult.biz\/index.php\/job\/claims-manager-estimator\/","title":{"rendered":"Claims Manager &#8211; Estimator"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"jss1365\">\n<h4>Job Id : CLI-45997-0<\/h4>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"jss1365\">\n<h4>Job Type: Direct hire<\/h4>\n<p>Job Overview:<br \/>\nThe Claims Manager \/ Estimator writes accurate property repair estimates using Xactimate software based on on-site inspections for water, fire, hail, wind, and other disaster-related claims.<br \/>\nIn this role, you manage Third-Party Administrator (TPA) losses, fulfill specific program guidelines, and act as a consultant for insurance carriers.<br \/>\nYou are assigned a primary geographic territory but may cross territories based on demand.<br \/>\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities:<br \/>\nEstimate &amp; Supplement Management:<br \/>\nInspect sites to create repair estimates. Review peer estimates internally and process supplement approval requests submitted by Project Managers.<br \/>\nProject Handovers:<br \/>\nLead kick-off meetings with the accounting and project management teams before handing off the project to ensure structural alignment. Complete the \\&#8221;Baton Pass\\&#8221; to the customer, explain work authorizations, and collect signed paperwork.<br \/>\nFinancial &amp; Insurance Logistics:<br \/>\nReview financial documents, collect deductibles prior to repair starts, and explain estimates clearly to insurance adjusters, carriers, and TPAs to secure profitable jobs.<br \/>\nEmergency (EMG) Response:<br \/>\nHandle incoming emergency requests during business hours (such as tree removal, board-ups, and tarping). Deploy response teams and explain the process to clients over the phone.<br \/>\nDocumentation &amp; Tech:<br \/>\nRoutinely use Matterport 3D scanning technology and meticulously log file updates in DASH, Xactanalysis, and TPA databases.<br \/>\nOn-Call Rotation:<br \/>\nParticipate in a 24-hour emergency on-call rotation once every 12\u201314 weeks. This requires weekend\/evening availability and a maximum sense of urgency.<br \/>\nRequired Qualifications &amp; Skills:<br \/>\nXactimate Expertise:<br \/>\nPrior experience using Xactimate software is strictly required. Level 1 or Level 2 certifications are preferred but not mandatory.<br \/>\nIndustry Knowledge:<br \/>\nUnderstanding of insurance carrier requirements and TPA program guidelines is preferred.
